General Information
Marriage is one of the greatest joys that two people can share! At Manhattan First Assembly of God, we are committed to the goal of building healthy and lasting Christian marriages in our congregation. Because we want couples to have the very best marriage possible, premarital preparation through counseling with the pastoral staff will be an absolute requirement.
The first step in scheduling a wedding at the church is to request a Marriage Planning Guide from the church office. Once you have read the material and feel that you are able to meet the guidelines for marriage, complete the Wedding Request Form and return it to the office. You will be scheduled an appointment with a pastor to review your application to determine if the pastor can officiate and the church can host your wedding.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Since the church is an active place of ministry, plan to suggest several possible dates for the wedding. Only when the date of your wedding is placed on the Master Calendar (after receiving approval from the pastor) is it confirmed.

- Do you have a church wedding coordinator? Yes. All weddings are under the direction of the church's wedding coordinator, who will assist you in organizing your wedding ceremony.
- Can I use my own minister to officiate the wedding at the church? Yes, once the senior pastor has approved such arrangement.
