nations" (Matthew 28:19-20).
Life Groups
Our Small Group Ministry
The LIFE Groups of Manhattan First Assembly of God
promotes authentic biblical relationships and fosters opportunities for
genuine spiritual maturity. A LIFE Group is made up of twelve to
fifteen people, who meet together in someone's home (or other appropriate
place), utilizing a study guide that centers on building relationships with
God and with one another.
How to Join
All of our LIFE Groups are open groups, meaning that you can join the group of your choice at any time. All LIFE Groups utilize the same study guide and follow the same calendar. Groups meet every week for the term (a term is approximately eight to ten weeks in length). Typically, groups take a break during the months of May and December.
Fall Term 2010
Sign-up for the Fall Term will begin on Sunday, August 29. The Study used for the LIFE Groups will be: Serving Others or Abiding in Christ. Groups will begin meeting during the week of September 19, and conclude prior to Thanksgiving.
