Serving the Manhattan Region
We are a Community Church
Manhattan First Assembly is honored to serve our community. We believe God has placed us here to effectively reach Manhattan and the surrounding region with the Gospel Message of Christ and the hope God offers to all that would believe. We are always at work positioning ourselves to demonstrate God's love for people.
The City of Manhattan
Manhattan, known as the "Little Apple," is located in the heart of northeast Kansas' scenic Flint Hills. First settled in 1855, the Manhattan community encompasses approximately 18 square miles and has a current estimated population near 50,000.
Manhattan is located 120 miles west of Kansas City, and serves a three-county, 200,000-population regional area as a leader in education, trade, health care, entertainment, culture, and communication. Manhattan was recently noted as one of the Top 10 Places to Retire by Money Magazine.
